argh.. here i am again.
argh... earlier in the day i met up with an admin officer who helped me planned my time table. argh. i got some pretty bad news. argh. but i dun wanna say.
this place is pretty ok.
the admin card is ok too. unlike the one in melb uni which they issue u a piece of laminated paper.
i just got my lodging done. thank God.
here are the good points about it:
1) i didnt ask for the place. the owner was showing me another place when he just showed me another apartment just for fun. we liked the second place so now its mine.
2) it is fully furnished unlike the other apartments.
3) it is in a relatively bright area. imagine staying near orchard road with all the lights and minus all the hype. most of the other apartments avaliable are in dimly lit areas. imagine staying in...pulau ubin...freaking DARK. there are many houses along the road but street lamps are few.
4) it is a 15 min walk away from coogee beach.
5) there are two rooms.
6) there is a supermarket nearby.
7) there is a 'subway' (this first one i have seen while im here)
8) there is a bus stop in front of my apartment.
9) im on the first floor.
10) the previous tenant moved out after 30 yrs and so the owner replaced most of the stuufs with brand new furniture.
11) there is a church which is 5 mins away. it had a gothic look but the people were singing' Lord i give you my heart, i give you my soul, i live for You alone..' cool eh? i cant remember the title but i might be going back to that place.
12) i have a swimming pool.
bad points...
1) i HATE SPIDERS. my apartment is filled with greens. so yah.. thats a BAD point.
2) the price is abit on the hefty side. so =(
3) the building is a national heritage building. so IT IS OLD.
anyways. i can get used to these things. thank God for it.
so please, if im on msn... CHAT WITH ME so that i can get these stuffs out of my mind..
another thing is that sometimes i cannot see my tag box. so yah.. =(
alamak i remember! having 'sponge bob square pants' as your freaking ringtone is the most 'paisay' thing on earth esp if you are in a freaking quiet library and everyone is staring into cyberspace.
