Small Wonder


i am just like everybody
but a little extraordinary
i'm a small wonder
do not say it is a blunder
it is a childhood dream
my nights were filled with NYPD blue
and 'law and order'
i don't wanna be on petrol
and catch robbers
that's just another routine
i'm interested in murders and man-slaughter
yah i know
what the hack,
y can't i be like other girls
be prim and proper?
i wana enter the police academy
don't laugh at me
i wanna study anatomy
of the human body
now i'm not sure
whether i wana study further
or work and restore order
but ultimately, i know what i want
i wana give crime a face.
